In order to shop online with 7Stars Computers Corporation, you must first register an account. Signing up for a 7Stars Computers Corporation Online (CC-Online) account is very easy. Simply visit our create user account page and fill in the necessary information. Double check your information before registering. Once you create the account, you will be sent a confirmation email.

Stock Availability

Our online stock reflects our local inventory. If you placed an order for an item that is not in stock at our warehouse, please expect a delay until we can either bring in new stock or have stock transferred in from another location. Items that are out of stock entirely (not available at any of our retail locations), will need to be ordered from our supplier(s). Due to stock variances, limited quantity available and unforeseeable errors, stock levels may be inaccurate.

Placing Your Order

Login to your account and browse through our website, adding to your shopping cart the product(s) you wish to purchase. You may also utilize guest checkout. 7Stars Computers Corporation reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability or information errors.

Order Processing

Please note that financial institutions take up to 1 business day to process your transaction. It will take 1-2 business days to confirm your payment and shipping information. Once confirmed, your order will be shipped within 1 business day if all items are in stock.

Making Changes

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If eligible for cancel order request, customer may cancel. In the event the order was processed, refer to returns and exchanges.

Q: What if one of the items I had ordered online is now on back-order/unavailable?

A: If 1 or more items are on back-order after an online purchase has been processed, the customer will be contacted to either change or void their order.

Q. Do you accept online credit card payments?

A. Yes. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments online.

Q. How do I track my order?

A. You may track your order on our website under Your Orders or Manage Order, in addition we will email to you the tracking number information.

Q. I cannot make a payment through any of the banks you have listed. What are my options?

A. You may select our online credit card payment option.

Q. Where can I use my CC Gift Card?

A. CC Gift Cards can only be redeemed at any 7Stars Computers Corporation retail store.

Order Online & Pickup at Store FAQ

Q: Why should I try 7Stars Computers Corporation Pickup?

A: Order online and save on shipping with order pickup at your local store.

Q: When will my online order be ready for pickup?

A. Items ordered online will be available for pickup same day or next business day.

Q. When will I be charged for pickup order?

A. You will be charged at the store when you pick up. This does not apply to B2B customers and accounts.

Q. How long will you hold my order?

A. We’ll store your order in a secure location for 2 days starting the day it’s ready for pickup. Orders that are not picked up in this timeframe will be cancelled. However, this policy does not apply to B2B customers and accounts. If you have any questions, please get in touch with your account manager to make the necessary arrangements.

Q. How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?

A. Notification e-mail will be sent to you when order is ready for pickup, along with instructions on pickup at your selected 7Stars Computers Corporation.

Q. Where do I go in the store to pick up my order?

A. Follow the instructions provided in the pickup email you received, once you enter a store please go directly to the checkout area in store.

Q. What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

A. Please bring a valid government issued photo ID in addition to the email with your order number present for order verification.

Q. Can someone else pick up my order for me?

A. Not at this time.

Q. How do I change or cancel my order for pick up?

A. Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be changed. If you do not pickup, the pickup order will be cancelled.

Q. Can I return a Pickup order?

A. You may return purchases to store within eligible return and exchange policy.


Payment

Online order for shipping to you, payment option to select Credit Card or Interac during shopping cart checkout. Online order for store pickup, payment is made at the store during pickup. The item will be reserved for you, wait for notification when order is ready for pickup.

Credit Cards

For all credit card orders, your shipping information must match your credit card billing information. 7Stars Computers Corporation reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this notice. If you would like to ship to an alternative address, you may register the alternative address with your issuing bank, which we can then verify during our normal verification process. When paying by credit card, you will be taken to a secure site to complete the transaction. At no time will 7Stars Computers Corporation take your credit card information on our site or store it on our servers.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, cancel order request is available online under Your Orders or Manage Order. If your order has been processed, the cancel order request button is no longer available, refer to returns and exchanges. If your order is processed prior to receiving your cancellation request, shipping charges will not be refunded to you.

‘Custom Order’ and ‘3rd party’ orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Damaged Box & Shipping Discrepancies

Our customers must inspect the package for signs of tampering or physical damage before accepting delivery. Damaged in transit and shipping discrepancies must be reported to 7Stars Computers Corporation within 5 business days. We ask our customers to take photos of the shipping box and contents and to retain the shipping box or packaging for review.

If the shipping discrepancy is reported after 5 business days, we reserve the right to not be held responsible as ownership and liability ends when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered. We will however do our best to assist you and may conduct an investigation on your shipment with the carriers.

Damaged Box & Shipping Discrepancies

Orders are shipped with standard service. 7Stars Computers Corporation reserves the right to select comparable courier of its choice. All appropriate packaging materials are used to meet the shipping requirements of the couriers.

Once your order is processed, tracking number will be available on the website under Your Orders or Manager Order. In addition, an email with tracking number will be sent to you.
